On 6th of May 2016, the ambassador, Aghasalim Shukurov met with the Minister of Youth and Sports, Abdel Mutalleb al-Hinawi, whereas on May 10th of 2016 met with Secretary General of Lebanese Olympic Committee.
The participation of the Lebanese athletes has been ensured on the 4th Islamic Solidarity and Games that will be held in Baku on the dates of May 12th to 22nd 2017.
